Brilliant customer service and knew his stuff! I had a lovely chat too about cycling, which lifted my spirits in this tough time. Much needed as a nurse. "I visited the Lincoln store yesterday and wanted to let you know what an excellent customer experience the whole visit was. A credit to both the store and to the brand. I engaged with a number of people during the visit all of which were knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I did spend some time with Mark Hollingworth who also gave me a brief history of the store and the exciting things yet to come. Suffice to say I did purchase a new Giant, that's three Giant bikes in a row now from various dealers, all of which have given me good service, but I did just have to drop you a note about the Lincoln store. Although the store is 75 mins from home, it is now likely that I will use the store for everything. As a person who is involved in retail and delivering customer experiences, it great to be able to say that great customer service is still very much alive and well. "My bicycle saddle post has always dropped after a few miles which has become a only a minor irritation! When I called in at your bike shop this week I asked the bike repair people if they had a solution. One squirt of something on the seat post clamp and Bob's your uncle I did the remaining 40 miles and it didn't budge a millimetre. Many thanks for the help." - Chris Hill
"I would just like to say what a great experience we had today. Our first trip out as a family of four since lockdown and I expected to feel a little anxious. We took our dog for a walk around the estate then sat outside the cafe for lunch and a drink. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The food was superb. Then we popped into the shop to get some cycling shoes. Served by Katie, who was super helpful, friendly and efficient too. I told Katie but I would also like you to know what a super job you are all doing under such unusual circumstances. We felt safe and were able to relax and have some fun out in public again. "During a recent short visit to the area in our motorhome, my wifes new Liv bike got a puncture. We tried to fix the bike ourselves but we couldn’t get the new tyre to seat correctly. We called the shop and explained the situation and although we hadn’t purchased the bike from them they asked us to pop down with the wheel and they would try and have a look at it for us. When we arrived on site the bike technician took the wheel from us straight away and with 5 minutes it was fixed. An absolutely fantastic service and we came away with some nice new gloves and 2 cups of great coffee. Well done to the team at Giant Doddington Lincoln." - James Schofield
