A passionate triathlete and proud MAMIL (Middle-Aged Man in Lycra), has a deep love for all sports, with cycling being his favourite. As a former Army officer with 15 years of retail experience, he understands the importance of high standards and leads his team with pride. Among his greatest sporting achievements are completing a 12-hour open water swim for charity and finishing the Outlaw Full Distance Triathlon.

Damian is a seasoned cycling competitor and our most versatile cyclist, excelling on any type of bike. With over 25 years of experience in the cycle trade, he has an extensive knowledge base and competes in TT, CX, and XC events. Whether you need advice on a road bike, mountain bike, or a bike for everyday use, Damian is the go-to expert. His top sporting achievements include multiple top 10 finishes in the national XC points series.

Rhod, one of our Sales Assistants, is an enthusiastic cyclist who started riding in 2012 (before the Olympics, as he likes to point out). He has completed numerous sportives across the country and regularly competes in time trial races. You can also find him on the local gravel trails, and he’s recently invested in a mountain bike, gradually mastering the technical aspects of mountain biking.

Toby has joined our team as a Bike Fit technician and sales team member, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the bike-rider relationship. His passion for cycling began at 16 when his dad bought him a Giant Talon. Since then, Toby has raced at an elite level in Europe, spending two years living and competing in Belgium, where he gained an appreciation for good beer and hard racing. Despite his competitive background, Toby still loves riding for fun, because that’s what it’s all about.

Sam is an avid cyclist of all disciplines but is mad for anything gravel! With over 16 years of experience in the industry he’s always on hand to help you with anything cycling related. He also runs our Doddington Cycling Club which is focused on the social side of riding. Road, gravel and MTB we do it all.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry and riding a bike for many years he’s been an excellent addition to Giant Lincoln. A passionate mountain biker that also enjoys gravel and road. Lee’s most recent ride is his Propel for the road and PakYak for the school run! Lee is always on hand to help any customer find their dream bike. Lee also has some amazing MTB and gravel routes so if you’re looking for some new places to ride, he’s your man.

Shona Mosley is a dedicated Sales Assistant at Giant Lincoln, bringing her passion for cycling to every customer interaction. With a keen interest in bike racing, she excels in both road and cyclocross disciplines. Recently, Shona has been diving into the world of mountain biking, expanding her expertise and enthusiasm for all things cycling. Her commitment to the sport and her friendly, knowledgeable approach makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Ben Shucksmith is a dedicated and passionate team member at Giant Lincoln. Jeff is a seasoned mechanic with years of experience and a passion for restoring classic cars—when he’s not out on his bikes. His love for anything with wheels, whether cars or bikes, started with mountain biking and eventually led him to the bike industry. Jeff’s mechanical expertise is unparalleled, and he’s always ready to help with any bike problems.

Our newest mechanic Dave is a veteran of the cycling industry with years of mechanical knowledge. There aren’t many bikes Dave hasn’t fixed! A massive MTB rider who has gone from racing XC, MTB endurance racing and all-day epic rides in the Peaks. If you need any advice on bikes or where to ride your mountain bike, he’s the man to ask, a fantastic addition to the Giant Lincoln team and always happy to help our customers.

Mark is always available to fix any mechanical problem, bringing a wealth of experience in cycling mechanics. He also helps lead our Mech Nights. Passionate about cycling since childhood, Mark considers it a way of life. He has never stopped cycling and loves the rush and freedom it brings. Recently, Mark has started riding gravel.

James joined us straight from school after passing his GCSEs, eager to enter the world of cycling as a mechanic. His passion for mountain biking began after a thrilling visit to Sherwood Pines, which left him wanting more. Now, he’s hooked on mountain biking and gravel riding.
